Newsletter

Bookings and orders, customer account
In order to make a booking or order, you must enter the data requested in the corresponding form as mandatory data. We process this data for the purpose of carrying out your order and for the required communication with you (Art. 6 Para. 1 (1) (b) GDPR). A telephone number is important for the order process in case there are any questions about the order. You can create a customer account with us in order to simplify future bookings or orders. In this case, we store this data for you for the purpose of facilitating future bookings or orders. You can have your user account deleted at any time by sending an e-mail to us at the contact details listed under "Data controller". Otherwise, we will delete your data with the complete processing of the contract after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law.
Cookies
Cookies are very small text files used by Internet pages, which your browser stores on your computer and which provide certain information from the place where the cookie is set (here by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer.
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This particularly includes session cookies. Covid Notice & statement
The Felix Restaurants is closely monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and our foremost priority is the health and comfort of our guests and team members. In addition to implementing new hygiene and safety measures, we have developed specific protocols for the following procedures, strictly adhering to the public health guidelines of the UK Government, to ensure your stay with us is safe and secure. These policies are subject to change, and regularly updated in line with the UK Government and WHO.
Updated 7th April 2021:
The Felix Restaurants is following the UK guidelines and our rooms and suites, in-room dining and butler services remain open in accordance with the permitted exceptions. Our restaurants, bars and private dining venues are currently closed.
In line with the latest government Covid-19 Spring 2021 announcement, we will reopen The Felix Restaurants on 17th May 2021 earliest, we plan to reopen our restaurants and bars together with our lounge bar and function venue will open for weddings, and significant life events of up to 30 guests.
On 21st June earliest, the government plan to remove all legal limits on social contact, at which stage all our venues and services will resume as per usual.
Cleaning and Hygiene
Employee use of preventive equipment is mandatory including hydroalcoholic gel and masks. All employees are trained in updated sanitation protocols.
Strict sanitation protocols for housekeeping, cleaning and disinfection, across the entire restaurant group, adhering to the guidelines of the UK Government and the WHO.
